1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using Suruvox, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use the application.

2. License to use

Suruvox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the software for personal or professional purposes, in accordance with the selected subscription plan.

3. Usage restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities or to transcribe prohibited content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software.
• Share your account or license with third parties (except in specified team plans).
• Use the service in a way that could damage, disable or overload our servers.

4. Plans and Payments

The service is offered under free and subscription models. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled case by case, but we generally offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee.

5. Availability and Beta

During the "Beta" or "Early Access" phase, the software is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, although we strive for maximum stability.
